Please read our following recruiting policy.

Policy for Recruiting for Full Time Jobs:

Employers who request recruiting privileges or use of electronic student database must indicate requirements as follows for all jobs and listings:
  1. Positions must be salaried or salary/commission based.
  2. Positions must offer benefits.
  3. Positions must require a college degree.
  4. Employers must seek candidates to fill positions within their organization only.
    (Third-party and/or executive recruiters cannot be accommodated.)

Employers seeking to hire BYU students into positions which do not fit above criteria for on-campus recruiting may email job posting to placement@byu.edu.

Policy for Recruiting for Internships:

Career Placement Services encourages students to seek meaningful internship opportunities that will prepare them for professional careers. Employers who request recruiting privileges or use of electronic student database must indicate requirements as follows for all internships and listings:
  1. Internships must be salaried non-sales positions (No summer/seasonal sales.) The Career Placement Services Center does not provide services to employers seeking to fill student sales positions either salaried or commissioned.
  2. Internships must require that candidates be enrolled in at least a bachelor-degree level of education.
  3. Internships must provide professional-level experience to include training and demonstrate potential for leadership and management opportunities.

To get approval for an internship for academic credit, contact the BYU Academic Internship Office, (801) 422-3337 or internship@byu.edu
