FAQ

  1. What is the cost of registration?

    The cost is $100.00 per each school unless you sign up to attend all 5 schools in the caravan, in which case you will receive a discounted price of $75.00 per each school.

    If you are representing a program from the school you are attending (e.g. BYU Master's of English program attending the BYU Graduate School Fair) you will be given a discounted price as determined by the hosting school (please visit your school's individual registration website for prices).

  2. How do I register?

    We will be providing a link to register beginning in early June.

  3. Can I register for all the schools at once?

    Yes. We listened to your feedback and will have this website available in June.

  4. Do I have to register for all 5 schools or can I choose to visit only 2 or 3?

    You can visit as many or as few as you would like in the caravan. However, if you do sign-up to visit all 5, you will only pay a $75.00 registration fee per school, rather than a $100.00 registration fee per school.

  5. When is the deadline to register?

    Both your registration form and payment must be received by each school you are planning on attending no later than Thursday, October 15, 2009. If you have not registered by then or we have not received your money by then, your registration will be counted as incomplete and you will not be able to attend.

  6. Are there limits to how many schools can register for each fair?

    Yes. Because of space-constraints, each of the individual schools can only accommodate a certain number of graduate programs. This is why it is important to register early, rather than waiting until the deadline. If a school is full, their registration website will clearly state so. However, if you are still interested in attending other schools, make sure you check each individual registration websites as some of the other schools might still have space available on their days.
