A number of recorded resources are used during sessions in the Stress Management and Biofeedback Lab. These have been acquired over a number of years to give the lab a large pool of resources from which to choose when helping a student deal with their particular situation. Some of these resources, on audio cassette and CD, are available to students outside the lab through the Harold B. Lee Library's Learning Resource Center. Recordings may be checked out from the LRC for a three-day period. Click the link below for a list of resources available from the LRC.
Recorded media are not always used during a session in the lab. Some lab assistants and counselors prefer to present the techniques themselves. The style of presentation used will be determined by the lab assistant after having an opportunity to speak with the student.
