Step 1: Log on to Route – Y. Step 2: Click on Career Services - eRecruiting listed under Miscellaneous. Step 3: Make sure you read through all the eRecruiting policies and then click on I Agree, meaning you agree to all of them. Step 4: It will give you a password token. Click on the first Click here to enter your password token on eRecruiting and register. Step 5: Enter your password token and click Enter. Step 6: Fill out the “Register for an Account” section and then click on Register to create your account. Step 7: Fill out all your personal profile pages. (Do not fill out the MBA Placement page, this function is not used at BYU)
