Returning Suspended students must complete this packet after being readmitted through the Admissions Office to have their academic registration block removed. To complete this packet, complete the following steps:
Academic Improvement Plan
Academic Success Workbook
Academic Success Workbook Answer Sheet
Complete this packet and submit it to the Academic Support Office to have your academic registration block removed. Complete the Academic Workbook by yourself first, then complete the Faculty Member Support Form with your Faculty Member. To find out who your Faculty Member is, contact your College Advisement Center. Click here for a list of the College Advisement Centers. Submit your signed Academic Improvement Plan and answer sheet to the Academic Support Office, 2500 WSC, by the appropriate deadline to have your block removed in time for priority registration.
